Interesting decision. Notice Roberts in the dissent with Scalia and Thomas. It's times like this I wonder WWRD (What Would Renquist Decide?).

I don't think I would ever take my own life even if I were dying, but then again I have never had a degenerative disease, cancer, or anything else that was life threatening.

I've noted that how I feel about assisted suicide is directly proportionate to how much physical pain I'm in at any given moment. ;-)
