I am all for child safety but really this is crazy. She was no more than 30 feet from the car, it was in her line of vision. I know there is a line, but I don't think she crossed it. Although, refusing to give your name and info to the police, maybe not the best decision, they were out of line. She was scared.

This story drove me nuts!!! I was so mad. I'm glad they weren't charged, but what an ordeal!!
