It is about parents of a child whose brain development was stunted at 3 months. They gave her estrogen treatments, had her breast buds removed, gave her a hysterectomy and removed her appendix. They state that this will improve her quality of life dramatically. I don't know what I think about this. It should be left to the medical ethicists, but WHAT a SLIPPERY SLOPE.
